Most doctors are shown two or three places to use their degree: the ward, the clinic, the consulting room. I spend my day proving there are many more. Through Clinical Advisors I moves clinicians into roles across clinical research, healthtech and the corporate world, and help the organisations in those sectors find the clinical talent they cannot do without.
It is work built on seventeen years scaling healthcare businesses and one of the deepest networks in the industry. I built Australia's highest-revenue GP recruitment desk from a cold start, have represented senior clinicians into the corporate and healthtech worlds, and led the commercial turnaround of the Digital Health Festival through to its acquisition in 2025. Few people have seen as many links in the healthcare chain, or know as many of the people in it, or recruited for some of the most niche, obscure and high profile clinical vacancies.
The idea behind the work is simple. A medical degree is one of the most versatile qualifications there is, and no good doctor should feel stuck.
