Terms & Privacy
Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Clinical Advisors website at clinicaladvisors.com.au (the “site”), operated by Clinical Advisors Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About us and our services
Clinical Advisors is an Australian healthcare business offering clinical and medical recruitment, and healthcare go-to-market and growth consulting. The site provides information about our services, job listings, articles and career guides, a healthtech directory, and paid advisory products.
Information on the site is an invitation to enquire, not an offer. Engaging our recruitment or consulting services is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client, not by these website terms.
2. General information only
Our articles, guides, the readiness series and the directory are general information. They are not professional, legal, financial, medical or career advice, and should not be relied on as such. You should get your own advice before acting on anything you read here.
3. The healthtech directory
The directory is compiled from public and third-party sources and is provided as a general reference. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current, and a listing is not an endorsement. If your company is listed and you would like it updated or removed, email us and we will action it.
4. Job listings
Job listings are provided in good faith and may change or close at any time. A listing is not an offer of employment, and applying does not create any obligation on us or on the employer.
5. Paid products
Some products, such as advisory sessions, are paid. When you buy one:
- the price, what is included and how it is delivered are set out at the point of purchase;
- payment is processed by our payment provider, and payment confirms your order;
- if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked session, contact us as early as you can and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and guides, is owned by us or used with permission. You may view and share it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully, and not to interfere with it, misuse it, or use it to harvest data or send unsolicited messages.
8. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites and tools. We provide these for convenience and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of New South Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
